CAD Guardian minimizes collection, separates public proof from protected work, and screens independent engagements for conflicts before files are exchanged.
Protected by default
Client and employer identities, addresses, drawings, models, code, invoices, payments, emails, transcripts, recordings, credentials, and employment or onboarding data are not public portfolio content without written authorization.
Initial contact
The native inquiry form collects your work email, organization or team, optional name, area of interest, existing workflow, and a short problem description. CAD Guardian uses these details to review and respond to your inquiry. Records are stored in the company's intake database through its Vercel-hosted application and Neon Postgres infrastructure. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not send confidential files.
Secure exchange
Files are requested only after fit, authority, conflict, scope, retention, and transfer method are confirmed in writing. Access is limited to the people and period required for the work.
Hosting data
This public site uses no advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process standard request, security, and reliability logs such as timestamp, IP address, user agent, path, and response status.
Retention
Business records are retained only for delivery, accounting, security, contractual, and legal needs. Working access and duplicate files are reviewed at closeout and reduced when no longer required.
Employment and conflicts
Independent work must remain compatible with primary employment, client confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership, scheduling, and non-solicitation obligations. A conflict or unclear authority is a stop condition.

Contact tsmithcad@gmail.com to request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of information controlled by CAD Guardian where applicable. Identity and authority may be verified before action.
Publication rule
When permission is unclear, the material stays private.
- No client or employer names, addresses, drawings, models, invoices, payment records, emails, transcripts, recordings, credentials, or onboarding data are published without written authorization.
- Public evidence is limited to authorized material, career aggregates, licensed visual context, or clearly labeled synthetic examples.
- Independent work is screened for confidentiality, intellectual-property, scheduling, and conflict obligations before acceptance.
- The first conversation requires only the bounded problem, existing system or drawing type, review owner, target date, and success condition.
